Job description :
- End to end management of Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, Coating and Encapsulation.
- Maintaining the facility and equipment inline with the cGMP practices.
- Handle all types of audits in manufacturing area.
- Meeting the production plan and ensuring on-time delivery of finished product.
- Reporting and handling Deviations, investigations, CAPA, change control and critical events.
- Review and approval of all production and supporting documents.
- Improvement in yield.
- Reduction of cycle time.
- Handling projects for new equipment qualifications.
- To coordinate with engineering for maintenance of the facilities, systems and equipment for trouble free operation.
- Ensuring adequate training to managers / supervisors / operators for error free operations/ documentation.
- Maintaining the overall discipline inside the production area.
- Dealing with cross functional departments like QA, Engineering, Supply chain for effective manufacturing operation.
Candidate Profile :
- B. Pharma / M. Pharma. MBA will be an added advantage.
- About 15 years of experience in manufacturing & at least 10 years of experience in Solid Dosage Form.
- 4-5 years of experience in a leadership position (Manufacturing Head/ production manager)
- Should have handled production volume of 250 – 300 million / month
- Should have handled workforce of approx. 200 numbers including direct and indirect reportees.
- Should have faced major regulatory audits like USFDA, EU Ability to communicate in Marathi (fluent), Hindi & English

1. Have excellent interpersonal ,communication skills (verbal & written) & basic management skills
2. Possess a pro-active, dynamic and flexible approach
3. Ability to tackle multiple tasks at the same time
4. Problem solving approach, organized & flexible
5. Ability to work under pressure on own initiative and unsupervised.
6. Assertive in character & team player/ builder
7. Computer literacy
