Post : Food Microbiologist

Job Description
• Handling day to day operations related to food safety.
• Preparing SOP’S checklists, CCP’S, PRP’s as following International Food safety standards.
• Implemented Food Safety Polices to avoid cross contamination both physically and micro-biologically & chemically from raw material, intermediate product and finished products.
• Performing Regular Internal Audits of Stores, Manufacturing /production areas, supplier and vendors.
• Supervising entire Quality Assurance & Control Management operations as per department’s SOP.
• Providing high quality services to achieve customer delight by extensive interaction with guest and quick resolution of problems; maintaining quality and consistency of food for enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Managing all aspects of QA documentation controls.
• Handling all aspects of Operations including monitoring production and Conducting hygiene inspections; conveying feedback to operating staff for any discrepancies found in norms.
• Performing regular / physical check for inventories for labs and Random internal audit(validations and Verifications)
• Working closely with the Operations department to ensure customer’s requirements are met.
• Immediate corrective actions on guest complaints related to food safety and regulatory requirements to improve quality.
• Regular delivering of trainings related to operations and food safety Implementing food safety policies
• Attending and active participation in safety meetings on weekly or Monthly.
• Preparing monthly reports of operational activities in in-house and outside labs.
• Monthly conducting trainings related to Food Safety and Personal Hygiene
• Documentation and compilation of records related to Quality assurance department, regular checking of records for Kitchen, Service, pest control and engineering.
