Job Description
1. Customer Training – Metrics regarding comprehensiveness, effectiveness and timeliness to be delivered
2. Troubleshooting - Metrics regarding comprehensiveness, effectiveness and timeliness to be set, monitored and delivered
3. Scientific Promotion Activities – Implement activities as planned by the PM / HSS team. The activities will include CME’s, Doctor meets, Road shows, workshop, scientific exchange events, Exhibitions etc.
4. Customer Contacts – Meet customers per plan. Assess potential to increase consumption of existing parameters, add new parameters, make scientific arguments for selling equipment’s / solutions
5. Be a strong brand ambassador working to deliver customer confidence and understanding of the medical value of our solutions to become a partner of choice – market reputation and relevance
Candidate Profile :
Qualifications:- Post Graduate in Microbiology / Biotechnology.
Experience:-
1.Understanding of microbiological processes in industry with some exposure preferably in biotechnology, pharma or food industries.
2. Familiarity with industrial laboratory equipment and accessories and understanding of "how things work."
3. Aptitude for continued learning with good communication skills in English
4. Must have commercial aptitude and be able to understand business
