Prior work experience from any reputed Custom Chemical Synthesis and Process R&D/ Contract Research Organization/ Discovery Research Laboratories. Should be able to manage a team of 20- 30 members

- Knowledge of Chemistry and execution and scaling up of chemical reactions
- Knowledge in Process Development of New Chemical Entities (NCEs)
- Expertise in QBD
- Interpretation of Analytical Techniques and trouble shooting
- Knowledge of IP, Confidentiality, Data Integrity, GLP and GMP, Regulatory
- Able to optimize resources and cost
