Graduate in Life Science with Relevant Experience in Clinical Research. Post graduate degree in Life Science and Diploma in Clinical Research is desirable.

significant experience in animal handling, Pharmacological drug screening using in vitro and in vivo models, neuroscience, histopathological techniques, and molecular biology methodologies are preferred.  Proficiency in any or all of the following areas is advantageous: small animal surgeries like MCAO, neuronal cell culture, invitro Oxygen-Glucose Deprivation OGD model, Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, immunofluorescence techniques including double/triple immunolabeling, confocal microscopy, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation CHIP, and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) techniques.

Hands on Training in HPV- DNA Diagnostics DHR funded. Preference will be given to the candidates who have qualified the any national exam such as GATE/Net (JRF/LS) or any other equivalent exam.

M.Sc. in Botany / Biochemistry / Plant Sciences / Biotechnology. Experience in molecular biology or genome editing techniques.

Srivastava lab is aimed at understanding the genetic basis and molecular mechanisms of developmental disorders. To understand the molecular mechanisms, we use the capabilities of cutting-edge technologies as CRISPR/Cas, ATAC sequencing and epigenetic profiling tools. We use cardiomyocytes and human brain organoids as models.
