Exp in handling QC instruments, GLP, QMS, Documentation, AMV, HPLC, Stablity Analysis, reviewer, URS / SOP / Protocols / STPs preparation.

Monitor on-floor QA activities, in-process checks, and documentation accuracy. Maintain control over qualifications, preventive maintenance, and calibration reviews.

Require Analyst/ Reviewer with experience of API analysis using for Wet lab/ Stability / Inprocess Lab & Micro lab instruments like UV, Autotitrator, Muffer Furnance, IR, Potentiometer, Karlfisher, pH meter etc.

Filling | Lyo | PFS | QMS | Vial Washing | Sealing Machine | Autoclave | Compounding | Shift In charge | Packing | Automatic Visual Inspection Machine | Labelling & Packing Operator

Responsible for operating and troubleshooting of Bottle Packing Line of following primary machines. Countec Make machines of primary bottle packing area.

Leading the investigation team and involving in the Out-of-Specification (OOS), OOT, Deviations, OOC .customer complaints.

Well-versed in Change control, CAPA, Deviation, Mkt complain, Validation etc. Must have working exposure in Trackwise.
