Siddha Central Research Institute (SCRI) is the pioneer institute for research established in the year 1971 to spin in all spheres of Siddha Research such as Clinical Research, Drug Development and Literary research.  It is governed by Institutional Human Ethics Commitee, Institutional Animal Ethics Commitee and having adequate infrastructure and various departments like Clinical research, Pharmacognosy, Phytochemistry, Pharmacology, Literary research and Pharmacy.

T. John college of Pharmacy, Bangalore, was established in 2004 and offers the B.Pharmacy course, Pharm. D Course, M. Pharm Courses and D. Pharma course. It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, approved by All India Council for Technical Education, recognized by the Pharmacy council of India, New Delhi and approved by Board of Examining Authority, Bangalore, Karnataka.

Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Hyderabad, a constituent of CSIR is a leading research Institute in the area of chemical sciences. Institute of Bioresources and Sustainable Development (IBSD), a National Institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India invites applications for positions of JRF for 2018.
