Womens Leadership in STEM Entrepreneurship is a leadership development program for women entrepreneurs in STEM. Through this program, 30 mid-career women entrepreneurs leading STEM innovations would be selected for a year-long journey which will be executed in a hybrid manner including virtual and in-person residencies.

MSc in Life sciences / Bioinformatics. Expansion of INSACOG- Wastewater Surveillance of SARS CoV-2, Emerging Pathogens and Antimicrobial Resistance through Genomics- Based methods

MSc. in any branch of Life Sciences from the recognized university with post-qualification experience in microbial genetics, molecular biology, or bacterial genomics.

M.Sc. / M.Tech in Biotechnology / Life Sciences or any other related area. Post qualification, between 3 years to 10 years with minimum 2 years in entrepreneurship development/ incubation/innovation related areas.

Masters degree in Life Sciences / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Public Health. Ph.D in Life Science/ Biotechnology / Pharma/ Agri/ plant Science/ M.Tech from a recognized institute.

Masters Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences / MVSc or bachelors degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent.

Director Operations is a Member of the Board of Directors and reports to the Managing Director. He / She is overall in-charge of matters related to promoting and nurturing innovation research and growth with reference to BIRACs mandate and empower and enable the biotech innovation eco system

PhD in any area of Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Agri / Plant Sciences / Regulatory Sciences / Pharma / Management / Public Policy or any other related area. 

Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Natural Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Management, Mass Communication, Public Policy or other allied fields relevant to science communication or innovation management.
