Operation of Vial / Ampoule Washing Machine, Filling Machine, Capping Machine. Batch Manufacturing. Automatic Visual Inspection machine.

Granulation / Compressior / Coating / Packing OSD formulation. Sun Pharma is the fourth largest specialty generic pharmaceutical company in the world

Experience in handling, operating and trouble shooting Blister Packing & Liquid Manufacturing & Packing and its documentation.

Handling and Reviewing of the documents related to instrument i.e HPLC- Dissolution, GC, IR, UV, QC QMS, Material testing

Handling of scientific documentation, Data entry operations, Maintenance of records, Skill development training programs

Production plan, filling activities, cGMP, SOP,DQ, IQ, PQ, OQ. Preventive maintenance, Lyophilizer, Aseptic Media fills, HPHV, Handling Filter integrities

Prepare and update business forecasts for all identified portfolio assets. Coordinate with business finance teams to maintain updated business cases for potential new products.
