M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M. tech / B. tech / B.E. / B.sc / Diploma / ITI; Tablet, Capsule - Granulation, Compression, Coating, Inspection, Capsule Filling and Wurster coater. HPLC, GC, IR, UV, Dissolution and other QC Equipment, QC Method Validation and Transfer.

Execute the production planning in Liquid manufacturing block and ensure the production plan achievement as per plan. Responsible to ensure the entry and exit, gowning and personnel hygiene procedures are followed in liquid manufacturing block.

M.Sc, M.Tech, B.Pharm having 2 to 6 years of experience of Biotech and Chemical Analysis e.g., Electrophoresis, Bioassay, HPLC & GC.

Manage granulation, compression, coating, pelletization and capsule filling area. Manage bulk bottle, blister packing. Track and Trace, serialization and documentation. Handle machines like CVC, Servo, Countec, CAM, BQS, HONGA & UHLMANN.

HPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus and UV Visible Spectrometer. Should also have knowledge of weight analysis, stability studies, for Injectable dosage forms.Also require candidate with experience of Bio Assay QMS and analytical data Review. B.Pharm / M.Pharm. Supervising and Controlling Production areas like Isolator, Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave, Lyophilizer and Visual Inspection. Should have knowledge of QMS activities.

FP / Stability / Analytical Instrumentation-HPLC, UV and Dissolution; Handling of LIMS, Empower software, HPLC Waters; IPQA Mfg. and Packing, Shop floor activities. Review of equipment audit trails / BMR, BPR review / line clearance. Handling of CAPA / EC and External Audits USFDA/MHRA/Germany
