Health &Family Welfare Department, Govt. ofOdisha on consolidated remuneration a Pay- Rs-5200/- + Grade Pay- Rs-2400/-. The applications should reach the office of the Chief District Medical Officer, Jagatsinghpur on or before 29.07.2015 by 5.00 PM only by Registered Post/Speed Post. The sealed envelope containing the documents should be superscribed "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PHARMACIST (DDC)". The application received after due date and incomplete manner will not be entertained and liable for rejection. Preference will be given to the own District candidates.
