B.Pharm from a recognized institute Or Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India. Registered as pharmacist under Pharmacy Act 1948. Minimum three years experience. Candidates may preferably apply for only one post/vac in two ECHS Polyclinic locations.

B.Pharmacy from a recognized Institute. Or 10 plus with Science stream from recognized Board and approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an Institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948. Minimum three years experience.

Diploma, Certificate in Ayurveda Pharmacist course recognized by the Government of Kerala. Insurance Medical Services Certificate of Ayurveda Pharmacist Course recognized by the Government.

A pass Certificate obtained after successful completion of Nurse-Cum-Pharmacist Training Course, Certificate Course in Pharmacy conducted by the Government of Kerala or its equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.

M.Sc Chemistry, Chemical Sciences. Sodium alginate hydrogel, ADA-GEL for preventing post-operative surgical adhesions after neurosurgery of the brain and spinal cord. Experience in organic synthesis is preferred. Knowledge of documentation using computers.
