Analytical R&D Head will lead the research and development efforts related to analytical chemistry, driving the innovation, development, and validation of analytical methods to support product development, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance. Should have Minimum of 18 years to 20 years of experience in analytical R&D, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Should have experience to operating Blister Pack Machine ELMACH 3015 PDA and Auto Cartonator WKH100 and IMA PG IC1S0C) and Track & Trace Machine with Temper Evident.

Identifying new molecules for selection and building the portfolio roadmap with a particular focus on CGT and early market entry opportunities, 505b2, complex generic formulations across USA, EU and UK markets 

Executed end-to-end project management for new product development from project initiation through to filing of the dossier, liaising with cross functional teams to respond to deficiencies and receipt of approval from the regulatory agency.

Handling end-to-end project management activities for new product launches for all Regulated and semi regulated markets for first launch. Handling Life cycle management and CMO projects.

International Marketing, USA & Canada. experience in the pharmaceutical industry handling international business development and marketing for regulated markets.
