The lndian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi, the apex body in lndia for the formulation, coordination and promotion of biomedical research, is one of the oldest medical research bodies in the world.

Following posts is to be filled purely on contractual basis for working under the programme entitled 'lndia TB Research Consortium' (ITRC) under Division of Epidemiology and Communicable Diseases (ECD), ICMR Hqrs Office, New Delhi.

The National Institute of Research in Tribal Health (NIRTH), Jabalpur is one of the 30 health research institutes working under the aegis of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Sprawling in a lush-green 44 acre campus located in the state of Madhya Pradesh - the heart of India, ICMR-NIRTH is surrounded by thickly-forested tribal dominated areas, and is the only publicly funded organization dedicated to research on health of tribes of the country.

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida was established in the year 2001 and has been declared as a "Deemed to be University" under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956 in the year 2004.  JIIT’s state-of-the-art, environmentally conditioned campus comprises smart buildings with Wi-Fi connectivity covering the Academic Block, Business School cum Research Block, Faculty Residences, Student Hostels and Annapurna. National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) is the first national level institute in pharmaceutical sciences with a proclaimed objective of becoming a centre of excellence for advanced studies and research in pharmaceutical sciences. The Government of India has declared NIPER as an 'Institute of National Importance'. It is an autonomous body set up under the aegis of Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India.

BIT, Mesra is a "Deemed University" under Sec. 3 of the U.G.C. Act 1956. It functions under the overall supervision, direction and control of a high power Board of Governors, comprising representatives of the Ministry of Education, Government of India, the U.G.C., the State Government, The Chancellor, the AICTE, The Hindustan Charity Trust and the Institute Faculty. Shri G.P. Birla is the Chairman of the Board of Governors. The Governor of the state of Jharkhand is the Chancellor of the Institute. The Technical Council decides the academic policy of the Institute.

The applications are invited for the following posts purely on temporary and contractual basis for the project entitled, “Standing National Committee on Medicines (SNCM)” in Secretariat at Division of Basic Medical Sciences (BMS), ICMR Headquarters office New Delhi, initially for one year and extendable till 3 years.  The interested candidates may send completely filled and signed Application form in the given format only as in Annexure-1 (given below) along with one set of photocopy of self-attested documents viz. CSIR - Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CSIR-CIMAP) is a constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), which is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. The Institute conducts research in all frontline areas of Biological, Agricultural & Chemical Sciences. The institute invites eligible candidates for admission in CIMAP-JNU Ph.D. programme (2019-20) leading to award of Ph.D. degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.

It is situated in the vicinity of a number of hospitals and research institutes in central Mumbai. Since its inception in 1970, it has been making vigorous efforts to improve the reproductive health of people through research, education and health care services.
