Define and implement the formulation development strategy, aligning with the broader RAD and business objectives. Lead the preparation of development reports, protocols, and documentation required for regulatory submissions. Identify and implement cutting-edge formulation technologies for new drug delivery systems. Ph.D / M.Pharm, Formulation Development NCE, Medicinal Chemistry

Lab experience for Analytical Method Development, regular and stability sample analysis. Handling of HPLC for Assay, Dissolution, Related substances tests for solid orals. Perform pre-formulation studies, R and D trials and support scale-up activities Conduct R and D trials for oral solid dosage forms tablets, capsules, etc. M.Pharm / MSc

M.Pharmacy / M.Sc. / BPharm; Undertake method development, troubleshooting and method validation to GMP and ICH. Investigation of non-conforming samples, CAPAs, data evaluation and reporting. Write cGMP Quality documents including Standard Operating Procedures, laboratory equipment procedures and investigational protocols.

Review of Literature and patents and preparation of Pre-product development strategy. Execution of experimental work and reporting of observations. Compilation of pre-formulation data on the drugs and excipients used in the formulations. 

Patent search, literature search, Pre formulation study, Formulation optimization with QBD approach. Scale up at plant level.
