Pharm.D from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India Fresher can apply. Age relaxation permissible as per instructions/orders issued by Government of India. Upper age limit shall be determined as on last date of receipt of application.

D.Pharm, B.Pharm, recognized University with Council Registration with Renewal. If you have experience in government or semi-government, it will be preferred.

Higher Secondary with Diploma, Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution approved by the Statutory Authority. Three years for Diploma Holders and two years for Degree holders from a reputed institute, multispecialty hospital is essential. Computer knowledge with Typing and Inventory Management is desirable.

B.Pharm from a recognized institute Or 10+2 with Science stream Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized Board and approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India. Registered as pharmacist under Pharmacy Act 1948. Minimum three years experience.

Must have Diploma in Pharmacy, B.Pharm from any Govt. Medical College and Hospitals of the State, any other recognized private institutions duly approved by A.I.C.T.E. and examination conducted by the Odisha Pharmacy Board.

Redacts patient identifying information, images in accordance with data protection guidelines, ICH GCP and GVP. Enters data into the safety database in accordance with Sponsor, customer specific guidelines and Company standards. Ensures current conventions are followed when entering cases into the Safety database.
