Pharm.D from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India Fresher can apply. Age relaxation permissible as per instructions/orders issued by Government of India. Upper age limit shall be determined as on last date of receipt of application.

B.Pharm from a recognized institute Or 10+2 with Science stream Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized Board and approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India. Registered as pharmacist under Pharmacy Act 1948. Minimum three years experience.
Must have Diploma in Pharmacy, B.Pharm from any Govt. Medical College and Hospitals of the State, any other recognized private institutions duly approved by A.I.C.T.E. and examination conducted by the Odisha Pharmacy Board.
