Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC) is an Autonomous Institution of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India. IPC is created to set standards of drugs in the country. Its basic function is to update regularly the standards of drugs commonly required for treatment of diseases prevailing in this region. It publishes official documents for improving Quality of Medicines by way of adding new and updating existing monographs in the form of Indian Pharmacopoeia (IP).

Under the National Health Mission, recruitment is to be done for 11 months from the vacancies of various cadres in Patan district and from the waiting list of well-recognized qualified candidates. For which the interested candidates have to fill the application online on the website arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in by 11:59 pm on the 10th day after the publication of the advertisement. Applications received after the due date will not be considered. The recruitment process will be done on the basis of merit.
