By introducing mobile drug testing lab, making it the first state in the country to possess such a high tech on the go-spot-detecting drug testing laboratory. The state government invest  Rs. 1 crore from the funds allocated to the Gujarat Food and Drug Control Administration (FDCA) for this purpose.
