Job Description:
- To ensure compliances to the Quality Systems and procedures
- Conduct regular surveillance & internal audits at R&D Centre for ensuring compliance of quality system.
- To ensure the compliances of cGLP and verification of lab activities.
- Steamline the R&D – QA functions.
- Review of SOP's of Quality Management systems. Review of Specifications for different products.
- Looking after Change control management and Deviations (Planned and Unplanned) for R&D Centre.
- To ensure process validation, cleaning validation & Analytical Method validation at the time of technology transfer.
- Review of Stability data, Dossier, LNB, Calibration data & all record for R&D
- Build a team capable for meeting challenges now and in the future – especially during external audits.
Candidate Profile:
1. 8-10 years of experience in Pharma industry with exposure to Best-in-class quality systems and processes
2. Should be experience in sterile plants
3. Should have faced multiple USFDA / MHRA Audits - Should be well versed with the implementation of systems as per USFDA, MHRA etc. - Knowledge of international quality standards - System and process orientation - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Networking skills
