ABLE India looking for Assistant Research Analyst

Association of Biotechnology Led Enterprises - ABLE is a not-for-profit pan-India forum that represents the Indian Biotechnology Sector. It was launched in April 2003, after industry leaders felt a need to form an exclusive forum to represent the Indian Biotechnology Sector.
ABLE has members from all across India representing all verticals of the sector like agribiotech, bio-pharma, industrial biotech, bioinformatics, investment banks and Venture Capital firms, leading research and academic institutes and law firms and equipment suppliers.

Post: Assistant Research Analyst

Job Description:
• Organising and delivering industry and scientific reports, white papers, proposals and briefing notes across a range of biotechnology segments and issues commissioned by ABLE or its partnering organisations.
• Assisting the COO in gaining knowledge about the biotech industry and its players in India and abroad. This would be through regular briefs, help in making presentations, articles and talks.
• Contributing and helping in writing of ABLE newsletters, flyers and updating website content.
• Helping in organisation and logistics of ABLE events such as conferences.

Candidate Profile:
• Candidate must possess a Master’s degree in Science preferably in biological sciences and its related disciplines.
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and should be well versed in mining, organising, synthesising information from varied sources and producing well researched and referenced high quality articles.
• Candidate must be a team player, a multi-tasker with attention to detail and someone who can show initiative.
• Candidate must have a quick grasp of varied information and be able to have a systemic view of issues would be advantageous.
