The Pharmacy wing was started in the year 1992-93 with D.Pharmacy course and B.Pharmacy course was added in the year 2004-2005 with full commitment to promote highest professional and ethical standards of pharmacy to cater the needs of pharmacy education in the country. M.Pharmacy course was added in the year 2010-2011 and Pharm. D course was added in the year 2012-2013. College is located on a hill top with most conducive atmosphere for academics.

Vinayaka College of Pharmacy was established in 2008 and is managed by Vinayaka Educational Society through its Management Committee duly constituted as per the norms. Institute has been recognized by the Government of Himachal Pradesh and approved by AICTE & PCI, New Delhi. The Institute is affiliated to Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Hamirpur.
