The Kerala Public Service Commission is a body created by the Constitution of India. The Commission advise the Government on all matters relating to civil services referred to it under Article 320 (3) of the Constitution and publish notifications inviting applications for selection to various posts as per the requisitions of the appointing authorities, conduct written test and/or practical tests, physical efficiency test and interview, prepare ranked list based on the performance of the candidates and advise candidates for appointment strictly based on their merit and observing the rules of reservation as and when vacancies are reported.

Applications must be submitted online through the official website of the Commission after 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION'. Candidates who have already registered can apply through their profile.

Note: (i) In the absence of Scheduled Caste Candidates, Scheduled Tribe candidates will also be considered and viceversa.

(ii) Conventional type application for the above post will be summarily rejected. Candidates can apply through online application available at the Kerala Public Service Commission website viz. keralapsc.gov.in

(iii) Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than those notified will be summarily rejected. Individual rejection memo will not be issued to these candidates.

(iv) Separate Ranked List will be prepared for above Districts in pursuance of this notification. Ranked List thus prepared and published by the Commission shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post in the following districts.

The candidates belonging to above reservation communities shall submit application for this post to the district concerned where the vacancy is in existence for their respective community and shall note the name of that district against the relevant column in the online application.

(vi) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O. (MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one Revenue District from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G O (MS) No. 4/61/PD, dated 2.1.1961. Candidates already in Government service holding the same post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post. But they can apply to higher posts when notified.

2. Ayurveda Colleges
(i) 19-41. Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.1994 (both dates included) are only eligible
(ii) 19-39. Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian candidates born between 02.01.1974 and 01.01.1994 (both dates included) are only eligible.
(Including the relaxation as per para 2 (I) of General Conditions)

Note:- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years, please see para 2 of General Conditions under Part II of this notification.

(1) A Pass in SSLC or its equivalent
(2) Diploma/Certificate in Ayurveda pharmacist course recognised by the Government of Kerala
2. IMS Department
Certificate of Ayurveda Pharmacist Course recognised by the Government

Mode of submitting Applications: Before applying for the post, candidates should register as per “ONE TIME REGISTRATION” scheme through the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission viz. www.keralapsc.gov.in Those who have already registered can apply by logging in to their profile using his/her User-Id and password. No application fee is required. Candidates can view, rectify defects and print the details in the registration Card by clicking the link Registration Cards after entering the home page. Candidates are responsible to ensure correctness of the personal information, secrecy of password and they shall keep in mind the user Id for further communication with the Commission. All applications which are submitted not in accordance with the instructions given in the website will be summarily rejected. Documents to prove Qualification, age, community etc have to be produced as and when called for.

If a Written Test/OMR Test is conducted as part of the selection Admission Tickets of eligible candidates will be made available in the website of Kerala Public Service Commission. Candidates are instructed to download their Admission tickets as per the instructions given in the website.
