USV is aleading healthcare company with the following areas of focus: Generics, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Biosimilars. 68% of our business is contributed by India Operations and the rest by export of APIs and Generics.
USV is a 48 year old healthcare company which began as a joint venture with USV&P Inc, a subsidiary of Revlon. Product range consists of Generics, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Biotherapeutics that are manufactured in our modern cGMP compliant plants located in India.

Post: Regional Manager

Job Description:
> Accountable for achieving sales target & regional business objectives.
> Executing strategies for market penetration for new products as well as increasing the share of existing products thereby enhancing profitability and growth of the assigned territory.
> Market Intelligence- Reviewing and interpreting the compensation and market information to develop regional sales and market strategy.
> Ensure productivity, monthly targets, profits and collection.
> Extensive sales planning and analysis.
> To build relationship with medical fraternity and values customers.
> Have to lead the team of ABM andBE. Will be responsible for regular networking with them to understand market dynamics & business gained and also ensure the optimum performance of the team.

Candidate Profile:
> The Position is based at Ahmedabad HQ covering entrie Gujarat with a team of 3 ABM & 12 BE.
> The candidate should have 1 yr of experience as second line manager/ Total Pharma Experience shoild not be less than 8 years.
> ABM Candidates with good track record from cardio-diabetic segment can apply.
> Must possess good communication, interpersonal skills & leadership quality.
> Candidates from PHARMA industry should only apply.
