Job Description:
Business Development by meeting doctors/ chemist/ C&F/ stockist/ Institutions etc.
Ensure sales target achievement, productivity, profits, payment & collection.
Promotion of new products & order processing.
Execution of marketing strategies in the field.
Market Intelligence & feedback.
Have to lead the team of MSE/ Trainees and responsible for networking with them and also ensure the optimum performance of the team.
Candidate Profile:
• The ideal candidate shall be graduate and a qualified ACS with good academic credit.
• He should have a minimum experience of 3-5 year in any manufacturing company of repute and must be from finance background.
• Should be well versed with the Company Law compliances and have good understanding of overall secretarial and legal activities in a manufacturing industry.
• Must possess good communication (both written & verbal), analytical & interpersonal skills.
• Must take initiatives and must be proactive.
