Post: Customer Support Associate
1. Provide voice based customer support to domestic customers
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing one stop customer service
3. Managing and updating customer accounts and database
4. Handling customer satisfaction, call quality and time lines.
1. Undergraduate / Diploma holder Graduate- Any discipline.
2. B Tech, BE, MCA, MBA are not eligible
3. Fresher or experienced in Customer Care.
4. Good written and verbal communication
5. Basic computer familiarisation
6. Confident and keen learner
