Post: Business Manager
1. Leading dedicated account-based delivery teams to provide world-class services and solutions to key pharmaceutical clients worldwide.
2. Working closely with our global business development teams in US, Europe and Asia-Pacific and actively contributing to growth in business with key pharmaceutical client accounts.
3. Responsible for bottom-line and client satisfaction for projects from multiple accounts.
4. Identifying and dealing with short-term and long-term risks for various accounts.
5. Driving execution while adhering to systems and processes laid down by the company and division.
6. Actively contributing to building short-term operational plans and long-term strategic plans for the Business Unit.
7. Playing significant role in building capabilities and processes, and developing people to execute on these plans.
8. Contributing at company level - company annual plans, strategic plans, business development and process development.
9. Responsible for managing team satisfaction, career planning and progression.
1. Minimum 6+ years of experience in handling advertising and branding solutions for pharmaceutical companies.
2. Experience in any of the following functions: medical services/ medico-marketing/ health care/ project management or client servicing (preferred).
3. Understanding of any specialty area of medicine or an overall understanding of the medical/pharmaceutical field.
4. Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
