To conduct/ Organize class room training as well as field training of MRs, First line Managers, to sharpen their product knowledge & basic job skill
Imparting orientation to new sales Personals & Front Line Managers.
To conduct/ organize developmental Programs for Sales Personals & front-Line Managers.
Responsible for new recruitment across the division and a part of the panel of interviewer along with Zonal HR
Candidate Profile:
Communication skills and Interpersonal skills
Should be ready for frequent travel to as required
Should have experience in Pharma sales and Training given to Field staff
