Post: Regional Manager
Regional Business Manager is accountable for effective management and development of people,
Efficient management of comprehensive product mix, efficient stock management and hence attain business objectives of Nephrology.
He will be responsible for the business operations and implementation of company strategies in the market through a team of territory business managers and product specialists.
Attain or exceed sales budgets quarter-wise. Ensure that all brands contribute to growth & sales objectives.
Ensure all Areas in the region are meeting the sales objectives.
Prepare & control expense budgets in line with company objectives
Participate in strategy meetings & provide inputs to marketing department pertaining to his/her region.
Ensure that all the key marketing projects & activities
Should be a B.Pharm /B.Sc. having at least 8 years experience in Sales Management including a 1-2 years of experience as a 2nd line manager in a reputed pharma company
Good Leadership qualities, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem solving capabalities, Team building skills.
The candidate must have covered or worked in Kerala and Tamil Nadu or both states at some point in his career.
