Job Description:
Screening of projects / Route selection.
Proficiency in on-line literature search using Scifinder / STN / Beilstein etc.
Planning and execution of the projects.
Day to day management of laboratory activities.
Ability to lead a group of 4-5 of synthetic chemists.
Process optimization / process stabilization on lab scale.
Through knowledge about scale up activities / HAZOP studies.
Technology transfer of the process to Pilot plant.
Preparation of technology transfer document / process developmental report.
Identification of impurities and impurity profiling.
Good laboratory process design / Documentation / Implementation.
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
Possession of good communication, management and inter-personal skills.
