Post: Area Sales Manager

Job Description:
* Would be responsible for Targeted Revenue, managing a team of Business Development Manager & Business Executive. Should be capable of handling Marketing Programs/ Initiatives individually in liaison with the Product Management Team.
* Planning, Allocation and Achievement of Budgets & Targets, as per norms formulated by the company,
* Monitor stock – holding of each stockiest and C&F agent as also collection of outstanding payments from authorized stockist and take remedial steps.
* Planning Projection of sales & execution & Customer Relation Management
* To impart training and conduct briefing, sales and review meeting.
* Recruiting new candidates and training them & Territory allocation
* Motivating & Building team, leadership and achieving the company objective
* Must be a team Player

Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Bsc, B Pharm, Msc, M Pharm
Hospital / Institution working experience are necessary. Nutrition background and or experience in Critical Care Segment are preferred for the above positions and complete territorial knowledge. Should have Leadership Quality.
