Job Description:
•Project management: Keeping track on timely completion & implementation of projects for BU, driven by service providers. Inform BU about the project status & impact of any significant alteration of project time scales on monthly basis.
•Meeting with service provider: Arrange for fortnightly meetings with service providers to discuss unresolved issues & agree on a time bound solution/action.
•Out of Stock report: Preparation of OOS report by analysis of information available for the product & circulate the OOS report to internal & external customers.
•Handling queries of external customers: Interact with the external customers to resolve their queries related to product availability whenever required.
•Tracking the artwork implementation: Keeping track on the implementation status of last approved artwork by SCM to ensure artwork compliances.
•PO and Invoice processing: - Keeping a track on the PO and Invoices send by PRRU, Technical and Supply chain to BU for approval, justify the practical requirement of the expenses, and justify the cross charges to other units wherever applicable.
