Post: Purchase/Vendor Development Manager

Job Description:
- Strategic Sourcing & Purchases (local & import).
- New API development key RM's Sourcing & Purchases.
- R&D Specialty chemicals requirement sourcing & procurement.
- ISO documentation, facing Internal & External ISO Audits.
- New Vendor Development as per SOP & DMF requirements.
- Negotiation with Vendors.
- Execute Purchase Orders (ERP) & keeping proper records in OIP format.
- Analyzing Purchases on monthly basis.
- Statement of Monthly Purchase Orders.
- Vendor Selection & Evaluation.
- Conducting Vendor Audits.
- Follow up with suppliers for the timely deliveries.
- Floating the enquiries with the potential suppliers ( local / Import)
- CRS purchases for ADL/QC. & Culture purchases for Micro Lab.
- Forwarding bills to A/C.
- Receiving Indent/Sales Contract from reliable supplier. Getting - Letter of Credit prepared. Follow-up for Shipment dispatch / Non-Negotiable documents with Indenters / shipper. Timely clearance of material from customs.
- Appointing CHA for import clearance.
- Meeting with R&D project heads on daily basis for better understanding on their requirements & project status.
- Meeting with BD & SI in case of CRAMS.

Candidate Profile:
Flouting Purchase Enquiries, Sourcing, Preparing purchase Orders, Preparing Work Orders, Co-ordination and Follow ups with Vendor for timely Delivery, Drafting Letters, Data Entry, Attending Phone calls, Email, Internet, Scanning and Fax Operations.
