Post: Vice President - Quality Assurance/ Regulatory Affairs (QA/RA)
Job Description:
Comprehensive leadership and management of QA/ RA function
Oversee the quality assurance of operations and services and ensure compliance to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)/ USFDA and other regulatory requirements.
Conduct product and process quality checks following established work instructions and sampling plans, and ensure that all products and processes meet the standards, Customer quality requirements, regulatory requirements and regulatory requisites.
Lead and build QA and QC Teams and provide them support.
Lead international/ domestic customers as well as Regulatory inspections/ audits.
Establish quality culture as a way of life across Manufacturing.
Maintain QC documentation to current standards & needs.
Provide required QC inputs or regulatory filings with international regulatory agencies
Candidate Profile:
Desired Candidate Profile: MSc. / M. Pharma with 15-20 years of experience in Pharma QA/ RA out of which at least 5 years in a similar position.
Leadership, efficient team building, culture building and training.
