As an Expansion of Training and Development Team we are looking for candidates who is accountable for Planning, Organising & Management of Field Force
Responsible for developing the Annual T&D Calendar based on Training Needs analysis of sales team.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates with Good communication skills in English.
Responsible for organising & delivering Induction Programs, Basic Training Programs, Skill Enhancement Programs, Frontline Manager Induction Programs and Specific Managerial T & D Programs.
