Job Description:
To conduct/ Organize training of MRs, First line Managers, Second Line Managers to sharpen the product knowledge & basic job skill
To conduct Classroom as well as field training to Field staff
Imparting orientation to new sales Personals & Front Line Managers.

Candidate Profile:
Good Communication skills and Product knowledge
Good Understanding of Training function
Travel: Should be ready for frequent travel to as required
Should have experience in Pharma sales and Training given to Field staff
