Job Description:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Be an expert with respect to the competition
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the Gynae product
- Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
- Develop sales tools and collateral
- Propose an overall budget to ensure success
- Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
- Should be well versed with value putting and value guarding promo activities
Candidate Profile:
-Ideal candidate should be B.Pharma with Masters in Marketing Management (MBA/PG Degree) having minimum 4 years of experience in similar capacity. Should have 1-2 years of field experience
- Should have passion to conduct training programs for field force
- Must be with good IPR skills
- Positive attitude, good communication skills
- Willing to travel and have guts to set pilot before the field force while working in the field
