Post: Assistant Manager ( Drug product)


Job Description:
•To follow and implement the systems , procedures and practices for production operations and execution of production plan. Meeting all the delivery schedules as committed in the business plan.
•Timely execution of installation, commissioning and validation of all the equipments execution of pre-validation, validation batches in co ordination with tech group.
•Instant shop-floor planning, and arranging the things of next shift. Execution, prioritizing, and training.
•Reporting and investigation of the deviation or any non compliance in the production area.
•Compliance to cGMP and global regulatory requirements for drug product facility.
•Preparation and review of SOPs, formats, batch records, labels, online documentation.
•Ensure and maintain the cost within the budget, ensure all projects yield are within the budget. Generate lean ideas to increase productivity.
Reporting relationships- Reporting to production manager
•Strong understanding of formulation manufacturing operation should have regulatory market exposure, oral solid dosage form.
•Good organizational skills, planning and the ability to multitask is a plus and experience in working with diverse cultures in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Candidate Profile:
Qualification : Graduate/ Post Graduate in Pharmacy
Experience : 8-10 Years if experience in solid dosage.
