Job Description:
4 to 6 years experience in the field of Mammalian expression system
He/she should be well aware of designing of mammalian expression vectors for expression of recombinant proteins, monoclonal antibodies and fusion proteins
Good practical knowledge of various methods of transfections of recombinant DNA to mammalian cells with recombinant constructs
Development of stable cell lines for commercial production of recombinant therapeutics using various mammalian cells
Well versed with basic molecular biology techniques
