Job Description:
Should have held a managerial responsibility
Led a team of >50 direct +indirect reports
Demonstrated successful leadership by leading the teams in US FDA audits
Ability to work with cross functional teams of manufacturing , QA, R&D, and Regulatory groups
Good communication skills
Technical trouble shooting of analytical methods/ address OOS and investigations
Well versed with networking of operations/validation of analytical methods/ validation of computer systems used in QC laboratory
