Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for increasing the sales in the region. Will handle the sales of prescriptive medicine & drugs only. Will handle B2Bsales or Insititutional Sales & Mktg in the region. Will lead a team & acheive sales/revenue Targets.
Meeting Doctors as per schedule to promote the products to generate the prescriptions
Overall responsible for promotion of entire range of products & vending operations to institutional & retail sales segment to Hospitals / Institutions on the south India basis by meeting sales targets.
Responsible for undertaking business development by introducing new customers and introducing new products for the existing clients.
Responsible for expanding the coverage by sales promotion within institutional sales policies framework.
Responsible for Customer Retention.
Responsible for Relationship Building & Coordination with customers.
Responsible for Customer grievances handling and quick redressal for customer complaints.
Achieving Primary and Secondary set sales Target.
Handling Sales team - Hiring and training. .
Appointing and managing distribution network.
Stock management at CFA / Stock points.
Daily Sales Tracking.

Candidate Profile:
•Good Communication Skills
•Enthusiastic with high Energy level
•Strong passion for sales & urge to excel
•Good salesmanship & interpersonal relationship skills
Identify new business opportunities, grow revenues from existing clients, supervise implementation of marketing/ promotion activities in the area
Monitor adherence to sales policies and procedures, monitor and track sales plans on a periodic basis.
