The CCRAS is the Apex Body in India for formulation, co-ordination, development and promotion of research in Ayurveda. The Council carries out its activities and functions through its network of 31 Institutes. The Headquarter of the Council is situated in Delhi at the above address. There is also an attractive performance based time bound in-situ promotion scheme for "Group-A" Medical Doctors and Non-medical Scientist of this Council.

It is proposed to engage the services of the following personnel initially for a period of 6 months which may be curtailed or extended at the discretion of the competent authority on consolidated payment mentioned against each category of the personnel. The written test will be held on the dates indicated against each and only those candidates who qualify the written test will be interviewed on the same day. The requirement and other details are as under:-
Essential:- Post-graduate degree in relevant subject from a recognised University with knowledge of Phyto-chemical analysis/Drug standardization/ preparation of monographs and computer.
Desirable:- NET qualified Age :- Maximum 30 years
Remuneration: Rs. 18,000/-+HRA per month.

Interested candidates fulfilling the qualification prescribed above are requested to appear for written test and interview on the below mentioned address in the Auditorium of the Council on the scheduled date and time, alongwith the bio-data, two passport size recent photographs and photocopies of certificates alongwith originals.
Note:- The engagement would be purely on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project and no claim for continuance or regular appointment will be entertained.
The eligibility of candidate in respect of age will be determined as on 1st January, 2011. Relaxable in the case of SC/ST/OBC as provided for in Govt, of India orders.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test / interview.
