Self-driven candidates interested in Stem Cell Biology, Cancer, Immunology, Developmental Biology, Molecular Biology.

To carry out day-to-day wet-lab research activities in the lab of Dr Reena Singh – Cardio Met Translational lab. Self-driven candidates interested in Developmental and Stem Cell Biology with experience in immunocytochemistry, imaging, Molecular Biology, Cell, Tissue culture, and FACS experiences are preferred but are not mandatory requirements for the application.

Candidates with hands on experience with Stability, finished products analysis of formulation products will be given preference. Handling of batch manufacturing and filling activity with regulatory exposure 3 Piece, BFS eye drops and Injectable in Sterile area. 

To ensure timely completion of analysis and data completion for the same. To be responsible for all activities in the Quality Control Laboratory, including cGLP, documentation and implementation of departmental quality systems. M.Sc / BPharm or any relevant degree

Hands on experience of CIP, SIP skid, Vessel Operations, Compounding, filtration and autoclave, filter integrity machine.  Exposure to Isolators, Lyophilizer, single use systems.

Candidates with strong background in protein biochemistry, molecular biology cloning, DNA, RNA isolation and cell biology are encouraged to apply. Previous experience with cell culture - either cell lines or stem cells, cell transfection and gene editing will be an asset but not essential. Candidates are expected to have the ability to work independently, have good organizational skills, work in an interdisciplinary team, and manage multiple tasks.

Candidate will be expected to have worked with primary cells and cell lines in immunology or immuno-oncology context. Prior experience working in development and validation of cell and gene therapy products will be preferred. M.Sc / M.Tech in Biotechnology

Ability to build clinical or regulatory arguments in the absence of direct data using logic, analogy and therapeutic area science. Understanding of medical practices regarding procedures, medications, and treatment for different disease states.
