Post: Team Member - Analytical Research & Development

Job Description:
1. Study of the physical and chemical properties of drugs and their proper dosage as related to the onset, duration, and intensity of drug action.
2. To provide scientific and technical support/guidance to activities involved in identifying developable drug candidates, form selection, physicochemical characterization of new drug candidates, and development of toxicology and Phase I clinical formulations.
3. To identify the best formulation strategy for rapidly and successfully moving a new compound into Phase I clinical testing and enabling first-in-human formulation production by clinical supplies organization (or third party manufacturer).
4. To provide coaching and personal development opportunities to staff in scientific as well as managerial areas.

Candidate Profile:
1. Required Education: Ph.D
2. Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Pharmacokinetics
Exposure to biotechnology and genetic engineering would be added advantage
