M.Sc, M.Tech, M.Pharm IPR from a recognized University. The incumbent should have sound knowledge of Patent Act, 1970 and should possess five years post qualification experience in dealing with issues like filling of Patent, Design, Copy Right & Trade Marks.
The Candidate should have Two years Diploma Pharmacy D-Pharma ALLOPATHIC recognised by the Government of West Bengal and registered as A category Pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Council.
Post Graduate degree in basic science M.Sc, B.Tech, B.VSc, B.Pharm or Graduate, Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course selected through a process described through any National Eligibility Test - CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship Assistant Professorship and GATE.
