Post: Territory Sales Manager - Nucleus

Job Description
Position Objective:
Achieve  the assigned sales budget and grow the business above the market growth in the assigned territory, responsible for short term and long term sales development, ensure all the operational efficiencies recruitment, training, team building, customer service, subordinate development, and  identifying the  customer needs / wants and communicate the same to marketing for  product development.
Managing the sales expenses within the budget and the productivity ratio is 1: 5 for each territory, manage Smart Notes (CRM Database) effectively for active follow up sales projects and it movements and ensure new project movement.

Responsibilities


  • Achieve budgeted annual sales growth for each of the sale steam members on Quarter to Quarter basis.
  • Accountable for the account receivable within the credit period as per company norms.
  • Ensuring productivity ratio of the territories as 1:5 with the support and guidance to TSEs
  • Ensure that Smart Note projects and updates  being done for his entire team and provide analytical feedback to TSE’s for follow up
  • Responsible for developing the distribution network for smooth supplies of products to customer and collection through the distributor.
  • Open multiple sales projects with every one of the top 20 potential customers in the territory and move along with SALT (Spin Selling) pathway of 70% of projects every12 months.
  • Having a day to day interaction with Customer Laboratory Service, marketing, production and supply chain functions for execute the strategic plan developed for any given customer.
  • Develop a better rapport with customers, universities, research institutes and other industrial associations to further develop the strategic plans for a given customer or business unit.

Candidate Profile
Graduate or post graduate preferably in science  with 3-10 years of experiences as a First Line Managers in animal health, nutrition of veterinary pharmaceutical sector. Agriculture or veterinary garduates would get extra preference.
