Position: Post‑Doctoral Research Fellow – R&D

Fellows will work on cutting‑edge research problems, translating scientific concepts into scalable, consumer‑relevant solutions, while gaining deep exposure to industrial R&D practices.

Eligibility Criteria:
PhD in Science/Engineering from Indian or global institutes
PhD completed within the last 3 years
Post‑doctoral experience: 0–3 years maximum

Areas of research: Across nutrition science, color cosmetics, role of skin microbiome diversity, correlation of microbial signatures with skin properties, AI polymer discovery, Suspension & Deposition, Process design for solid cleaning products.
Crosstalk between skin cells and sensory neurons, Predictive modelling, Development of AI applications for Computational Biology/Molecular Modelling, and more.

Location: Mumbai or Bangalore
Duration: 12 months (extendable up to 18 months based on project needs)
Stipend: ₹90,000 per month
