R&D – STERILE FORMULATION
Key Responsibilities
• Sterile formulation development and optimization.
• Conduct laboratory trials and formulation/process evaluation.
• Support aseptic processing and sterile manufacturing development.
• Evaluate formulation parameters and excipient compatibility.
• Support scale-up and technology transfer activities.
• Prepare development protocols, reports, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Analytical, QA, QC, and Production teams.
• Troubleshoot formulation and process-development challenges.
R&D – OSD (Oral Solid Dosage)
Key Responsibilities
• Development and optimization of OSD formulations.
• Work on tablets, capsules, and other oral solid dosage forms.
• Conduct formulation trials and evaluate formulation parameters.
• Selection and evaluation of suitable excipients.
• Support process optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer.
• Analyze and interpret formulation trial data.
• Prepare formulation development reports and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Analytical, QA, QC, and Production teams.
