Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP and other standards.
• Perform internal & external audits; drive corrective actions.
• Oversee documentation (SOPs, protocols, reports) and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare & present quality reports to management.
• Mentor team members & coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify & evaluate quality risks; conduct risk assessments & implement controls.
• Evaluate & monitor supplier quality; conduct vendor audits & follow up.
• Support validation, change control & data integrity.
• Investigate deviations & complaints; implement CAPA.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support regulatory submissions, inspections & client audits.
• Oversee quality systems & technology tools implementation.
