Looking for a dynamic, self-driven and result-oriented Project Management professional with strong experience in the US Generic Pharmaceutical market and proven expertise in managing projects from initiation through successful closure.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage projects end-to-end: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure for US market projects.
• Develop, monitor and manage project budgets.
• Own project timelines and schedules, including schedule compression and acceleration plans.
• Plan and conduct weekly project meetings with clients, CMOs and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate Site Transfer Projects, including:
o Label Change
o Annual Reportable Changes
o CBE-0
o CBE-30
o PAS Submissions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely and successful project delivery.
• Identify project risks, delays and bottlenecks and drive mitigation/corrective actions.
• Ensure effective communication and project tracking across internal teams, clients and CMOs.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, timelines and regular project status reports.
• Apply strong knowledge and understanding of US Regulatory Requirements in project execution.
