Roles & Responsibilities
• Involved in method development, method validation, sample analysis ensuring accuracy and reliability in analytical processes
• Perform calibration of analytical instruments, adhering to strict calibration protocols, SOP's and compliance standards
• Follow GDP, GCP, and GLP to maintain high-quality documentation and laboratory procedures
• Execute diverse extraction techniques for sample preparation, ensuring reproducibility and efficiency
• Conduct calibration and performance checks of pipettes and analytical tools, ensuring precision and accuracy in laboratory measurements
• Perform thorough data verification including review, validation, and cross-checking for regulatory compliance
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to support bioanalytical activities efficiently
• Support the bioanalytical team in maintaining GxP compliance across routine operations
• Continuously strive for process improvement and analytical excellence
Candidate Profile
• Candidate should be open to work in rotational shifts
• Proficient in various sample preparation techniques including : Solid-phase extraction (SPE), Liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) & Protein precipitation (PPT)
• Experience in calibration and performance checks of laboratory instruments, including: Analytical balances, ultra¬balances, pH meters & Pipettes (single and multi-channel)
• Familiarity with operating laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, multitude shakers, low-volume evaporators, and solid-phase extractors
• Introductory exposure to the operation and understanding of LC/MS systems
• Strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
